I am so blessed that the land of my Calling happens to be an incredibly beautiful country. The mountains and the volcanoes stand so tall and mighty in their glory, as if reaching up to touch their very Creator. Then there’s the jungle. Its landscape is so beautiful with trees, plants, flowers, some that are native only to Ecuador. Of course there are also the animals that we encounter such as tarantulas, tigers, jaguars, boa etc., many that are dangerous, even deadly. So every time I walk one of these jungle trails I always take the time to stop and admire the breathtaking scenery and give Him Praise.
But I also make certain to walk on the paths that He has led me to that particular day, knowing He is guiding my way. Because just around the next curve, over the next mountain, across the next river, deep in the jungle, there is a soul waiting. The Word says that our steps are ordered by the Lord (Psalm 37:23). Be certain that you choose HIS path each day. Because stepping outside of the Lord’s will for your life also means stepping away from His safety, His protection, His favor, His peace, His Blessings. Being in His perfect will is the only way to have perfect peace in your life. So allow the Lord to lead you today and every day!
