I went into town to pay bills before church today, and while there, I quickly stopped at a little shop of trinkets. There, I saw a lady that I’ve met a time or two before. But today, the Lord opened the door for me to share with her my story of how He called me to Ecuador. Her mouth dropped open and she listened in awe as God had spoken to my life to come to this country. She then said so sincerely and teary eyed, “Gracias por servir en mi País”. (Thank you for serving in my country.) She then gifted me this beautiful little plaque that says, ‘Woman, blessed and loved eternally by God.’
So, I’m at church now about to have service and literally weeping before the Lord. He sure knows when to remind us that we are in His perfect will and let us know He sees all we do. He assures us that our labour is not in vain for the Lord. There is great reward. Oh, how He used that woman to bless my life so deeply today! Isn’t Jesus so wonderful?!
