Sis Sonia has been a member of our Puyupungo Church for many years now. She is a widow, raising 6 children on her own. She, like so many of our people here, has had a very difficult life. But no matter what she was going through at any given time, she always walked down that gravel road and came faithfully to the house of the Lord every service.
She is a beautiful person, but walked around with much sadness, trying to carry the load on her own. But just a few weeks ago, she laid it all at the feet of Jesus and left it there, receiving the powerful gift of the Holy Ghost!! Oh my, what a difference His Spirit makes!! I cannot tell you how it makes this Missionary feel to see her walking around with so much joy and happiness! Her very countenance has changed and there is a glow about her now!!
Oh how incredible to see her Worship now with such power and victory in her life, that only the precious Holy Ghost can give us!! (and ye shall receive Power after the Holy Ghost is come on you Acts 1:8.) It is such an honor to be the Missionary to these precious souls!
