Ministry in the jungle often offers much different circumstances than in the States. At all of my Churches, on any given service day, whether it’s a 10 am service or a 4PM service, many of the people will will have only eaten one meal for the day, if any at all. Certainly not by choice,

18 years ago we started the church in Puyupungo, preaching the gospel of Jesus to the precious Kichwa of the area. Oh, how marvelous it has been, but still all these years, we’ve never had electricity. No lights, no power outlets, no mics, no speakers. Then, just about 1 month ago, the possibility of electricity
