Tree, Thy Shall Be Moved!!

Charles was not well today, so I went to Puyupungo by myself, advising him to stay home and recover. Our church in Puyupungo is not far, only an hour away. So, after a wonderful service with our youth and dropping everyone off at their homes, I headed back to Puyo. About 15 mintues into my drive

The little Things Really Do Matter

I love Snickers bars! So rich and chocolatey and with  caramel and nouget and peanuts. Just delicious. Well, here they cost about $1.30 each. An Ecuadorian chocolate bar costs 35 cents ( but they do NOT taste like a SNICKERS). Obviously, though, we don’t buy Snickers here. We spend our money wisely, and a $1.30

Happy Birthday Elisabet

They each sell something different. One sells Pinchos and Choclos, one sells Salchipapas, and the other, something that resembles a

Why God, Why?

Ever said that? Ever heard anyone say that? We all want to know why things happen. But when it comes to God, don’t ask why. Depending on what has happened in your life that you are questioning God about, there are two reasons to not ask WHY: 1) You will probably not understand why if

School Supplies Purchased! – Video

Look over Susan’s shoulder as she purchases much needed school supplies, with the help of our little friend Doris, for needy children in the Amazon. This is only a small portion of what was purchased. The purchasing, sorting and distribution of all the school supplies took a week to complete.
